The OpenID Foundation announced the finalized version of OpenID Authentication 2.0 and the related OpenID Attribute Exchange 1.0 specifications. Many companies contributed their legal expertise, including Sun, Symantec, Microsoft, Yahoo, IBM, VeriSign, and AOL.
