What we cannot help with
- Access to your accounts or your eID. We cannot reset a PIN, unlock an account or recover a wallet. Only the provider or the issuing authority can.
- Support for a product. We do not make software or devices. For a problem with a password manager or a security key, the vendor is the only route.
- Link exchanges and guest posts. We do not reply to these.
